Meet the CEO and Founder
Kent Little was raised in Arlington, Texas where he quickly learned from his parents that hard work, integrity and dedication is a great formula for success. After attending Baylor University and receiving his BBA Degree in Entrepreneurship in 1992 he set out to eventually evolve into a successful American Entrepreneur. Fresh out of the Baylor Entrepreneurship program he partnered with a childhood friend to grow an existing auto tinting company into one of the most successful Commercial and Residential Window Film companies in the State of Texas. Eclipse Systems is still a thriving company in the Dallas/Fort Worth area run by his brother Kelly. Once Kent handed over the reigns of Eclipse Systems to his brother he set out on a new path into the executive recruiting industry. In 1996, Kent with another business partner quickly grew their firm from a small, two-man operation cramped in a small 100 square foot office into a large, multi-specialty, award winning recruiting office. Kent has personally placed hundreds of professionals in various industries. His most recent focus has been placing executives and sales professionals with national medical and international pharmaceutical companies like Quest Diagnostics, Schering-Plough, Pfizer, Abbott and many others.
As a very busy entrepreneur and picky bachelor, Kent quickly found out that the singles scene in Dallas, Texas could be a tough one to navigate. He set out to look for alternatives to the smoky bar scene and found that none of the existing matchmaking services or online dating sites catered to the picky bachelor. Hence, Kent has founded the first matchmaking company in Texas designed specifically for the successful, discerning bachelor. Matchmaking from a man's perspective!
Kent's parents recently celebrated their 47 th wedding anniversary and are retired living in Texas. He also has a younger brother in Fort Worth and older brother in Sacramento, California. |
